MEET SOME LIVE PURE GRADUATES...
Chef Victoria is a Registered Nurse a Holistic Health Coach and now a Certified Advanced Plant - Based Chef. Since graduating from Live Pure Culinary Institute she has created High Vibe Cuisine by Chef Victoria
Professional Bio: Chef Victoria has worked in the hospital setting for many years (including the intensive care unit) and has seen first hand the consequences of poor lifestyle choices. She is passionate about helping others through the food they eat. Victoria further intensified this passion after she helped her mother reverse her potentially terminal disease by creating plant based meal plans and recipes for her to follow. She vividly remembers when her mother used to add chicken and steak to the dishes she created. Now her mother is in great health; she no longer has high cholesterol, her disease has regressed and she went from a size six to a size two (all in just six weeks)! Her father decided to eat plant based in solidarity and ended up having to take all of his pants to the tailor to be taken in! He also managed to stop taking all of his cholesterol and blood pressure medication. Needless to say Victoria is passionate about inspiring others to incorporate more plants into their diets.

Professional Bio: I am Brazilian (living in Montreal since March 2019) and mother of two children. After making changes to my own diet, I felt that my physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health improved greatly and I became passionate about inspiring other people to expand their consciousness and connect to a life that truly means something to them and to the Planet. So, I created the "Eat Conscious" workshop in Brazil.
I am certified as a plant based chef by Live Pure Culinary Institute in Costa Rica.
