Live Pure Culinary Institute is housed in a stunning, spacious villa, cooled by the sea breeze, offering beautiful ocean views and an ocean view pool. It is a short 5 minute walk tropical walk to Playa Guiones on the Pacific Ocean; a three-mile white sand beach that is perfect for walking, swimming, sunbathing and golden sunsets. The pristine nature, tropical climate, and healing energy of the area, create an idyllic environment for a transformative and deeply nurturing retreat experience.

ABOUT HEATHER
Heather is the Owner and Head Chef of Live Pure Culinary Institute.
She is a Certified Advanced Plant Based Chef and Holistic Wellness Educator with over a decade of experience.
She has been plant based for 35 years and is a passionate foodie, yogi and health nut.
Her lifelong love of gourmet and international cuisine lead her to study Culinary Arts with a focus on healthy and vegetarian food.
Heather has worked as a private chef and a retreat chef and has hosted culinary workshops and trainings. She is the Author of the forthcoming book Yoga Food and is passionate about culinary arts education and helping others integrate delicious plant based cuisine into their lives.
Heather is a graduate of Pure Joy Academy and the Anne Wigmore Institute has studied Culinary Arts in Thailand, Bali and Mexico.
A former Career Counselor at a top USA business school, she loves coaching “holistic entrepreneurs” and teaching her students how to make a living doing what they love.
Heather is also a Certified Yoga Teacher and a mother who loves combining yoga and plant based living. She and her husband and son live in Nosara, Costa Rica.

Hannah is a Certified Health Coach and an Advanced Plant Based Holistic Chef with a passion for culinary arts and delicious healthy living. She is a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
Hannah has 10 years experience as a chef and caterer and she believes wholeheartedly in the healing power of fresh plant-based cuisine. She caters at retreats worldwide and is the Head Holistic Chef for Harmony Yoga School.
Outside of the kitchen, Hannah is a yoga teacher who loves nature and photography.
